0,01

Original Postwar Signature on a Postwar Photo of Paul Behr. Hauptmann Paul Behr (09.05.1910 † 11.12.1990) earned the Ritterkreuz on March 28, 1945 as Hauptmann und Kompaniechef of the 13. Kompanie/ Füsilier-Regiment 39 of the 26. Volksgrenadier-Division. Good Condition.

Hauptmann Behr particularly distinguished himself in the time period 23.-25.01.1945 by successfully carrying out a difficult operation against superior enemy forces while fighting in the Lausdorn area (specifically around Hills 495 and 517). He would subsequently be awarded the Knight’s Cross as a result.

Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
