Original Postwar Signature on a Postwar Photo of Paul Delius. Major Paul Delius (11.12.1912 in Versmold † 05.08.1992 in München) earned the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on March 11, 1945 as Major und Festungskommandeur of Abschnitt 44/ Kampfgruppe “Matterstock”.
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
