SS-Oberscharführer Richard Rudolf (16.04.1923 † 13.12.2004) earned the Ritterkreuz on November 8, 1944 as SS-Oberscharführer und Zugführer in the 9. Kompanie/ SS-Panzer-Regiment 12 of the 12. SS-Panzer-Division “Hitlerjugend”. He was awarded the Knight’s Cross for his bravery in the Battle of Normandy fighting at the Carpiquet airfield just outside of Caen. Good condition. Comes with an extra signed card to the W-SS veteran who collected this signature.
