Oberstleutnant Rudolf Siegel (29.06.1906 in Jerchel † 09.12.1995 in Korb) earned the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on February 14, 1945 as Oberstleutnant und Kommandeur of the Grenadier-Regiment 1084 of the 544. Volks-Grenadier-Division.
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
