Original WWII German Waffen-SS SS-Rune collar tab / Kragenspiegel, featuring the characteristic white/light-grey embroidered SS runes on a black wool backing. The collar tab is uniform removed! The way I prefer and like them.
The collar tab is constructed on a black wool base with embroidered SS runes and shows clear period wear, age and patination throughout. The reverse retains the original folded wool construction with the tan/brown backing material visible.
A very attractive, genuinely worn example for the collector of German WWII uniform insignia. The piece has not been artificially cleaned or restored and is offered exactly as photographed.
