Wehrmacht Panzer Collar Tab with Skull [Attic Find – Uncleaned]

Original German Panzer-Kragenspiegel (Panzer collar tab) for the Panzertruppe, featuring the distinctive metal Totenkopf (skull) insignia mounted on a black cloth backing.

The collar tab has contrasting red/pink Waffenfarbe piping around its edges, characteristic of the Panzer branch of the German Army. The reverse retains remnants of the original backing material and stitching.

An interesting single collar insignia, offered as found in an uncleaned Dachbodenfund (attic find) condition.

Condition

Heavily worn and uncleaned, with visible age, dirt, staining, fraying and damage to the cloth. The reverse shows considerable deterioration and remnants of old stitching. The metal skull remains attached. Please examine the photographs carefully.
