Original German Wound Badge in Silver (Verwundetenabzeichen in Silber), manufactured by Carl Wild, Hamburg, and maker marked “107” on the reverse.

The badge is constructed from zinc and remains in overall nice condition, with the original silver finish now largely worn away, revealing the characteristic natural grey patina of the zinc base.

The clearly visible “107” maker marking identifies production by Carl Wild of Hamburg, making this a desirable example for collectors interested in manufacturer-marked German World War II awards.

The original reverse setup remains intact, including the hinge, pin and catch.
