€180,00
Interesting and historically appealing original WWII document grouping belonging to Sonderführer (Z) Edgar Alexander Kuske, serving with Stab/ 258. Infanterie-Division. The grouping includes his award document for the Kriegsverdienstkreuz 2. Klasse mit Schwertern, awarded on 20 April 1943.
Included are several original identification documents, among them a scarce Ausweis der Deutschen Volksliste with portrait photo, as well as pre-war Polish identity papers and additional personal documents. Kuske is listed as born in 1909 in Zdunska Wola and later residing in Posen.
A highly interesting grouping illustrating the complex history of ethnic Germans in occupied Poland and their later service within the Wehrmacht, particularly in administrative or translator roles as a Sonderführer (Z).
