§1. All items are described as accurate as possible. The Return Policy (i) starts and ends only with the authenticity of the item and (ii) starts on the first day of the buyer receiving the item and ends 14 days after receiving the item.
§2. Items bought in error are non-refundable. The Return Policy cannot be appealed for any mistaken purchases.
§3. Wolfgang Historica reserves the right to refuse any Return if (i) the item does not match the initially sold item, (ii) item is not in the same condition as it was when sold or has been tampered with, (iii) if it is believed any type of fraud may be suspected.
§4. Items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Shipping costs are on the behalf of the Returner. Package must be well secured and tracked. Wolfgang Historica cannot be held responsible for any type of loss or damage that occurs during shipping, especially when the package is untracked.
§5. A full refund will be granted after receiving and inspecting the item questioned and if the Terms described in §1 and §3 are met. Full refund (Item Worth) excludes Order Shipping Costs & (PP) Fees. A refund can be applied on various ways (on your wish) either in a Gift Card (Worth of Goods), Transfer to Bank Account or PayPal.
§6. A partial refund can be granted after receiving and inspecting the item questioned should the Terms described in §1. (ii) be exceeded in time and depending on the period of time that has passed and §3 be met.
