Ritterkreuz: “Awarded for destroying 45 enemy tanks during the fighting in the central sector of the Eastern front. Of these, Primozic destroyed 24 in just one day (15.09.1942) and in doing so was able to prevent an enemy breakthrough.”
Eichenlaub: “Awarded for bringing his total of tanks destroyed to 60. During a counterattack on 11.12.1942 he destroyed 7 tanks in one day.”

Knight’s Cross: “During the fighting in the Crimea in early 1944 the Sturmgeschütz-Brigade 191 played a particularly important role as the fire brigade of the V. Armee-Korps. It contributed greatly to the German defense both during the retreat battles through the Ukraine as well as near Sevastopol itself. In this latter capacity the 1. Batterie, under the command of Oberleutnant Laubmeier, played a major role in covering the German evacuation of Crimea beginning on the 09.05.1944, fighting near the fort “Maxim Gorky”.On the 12.05.1944 the Soviets succeeded in achieving a dangerous penetration in this area. Laubmeier hastily gathered up some Grenadiers and the last Sturmgeschütze of his Batterie and with this force launched a counterthrust, which succeeded in preventing an enemy breakthrough from developing. Laubmeier was heavily wounded during this battle and evacuated shortly afterwards.For his accomplishments in this capacity, as well as reaching a personal total of 38 enemy tanks destroyed, Laubmeier would be decorated with the Knight’s Cross.”

Awarded the Knight's Cross for actions during the German operation Nordwind. During the heavy fighting for Sessenheim the paratroopers which his platoon was attached to found themselves pinned down by heavy fire outside the town. By his initiative he took a risk and led his assault guns forward to engage the defending AT guns and tanks at close range, where they succeeded in destroying several. With this accomplished the German paratroopers were able to subsequently break through.

Oakleaves: "Awarded for distinguishing himself in the Courland bridgehead southeast of Libau, southwest of Frauenburg and in particularly on the 26.03.1945 while southeast of Schrunden. Here he eliminated numerous enemy resistance nests and spearheaded the effort to eliminate a Soviet penetration. This succeeded, with the result that a Soviet regiment was trapped in a tube-like pocket behind the frontline. A portion of these troops broke out, however the remainder were destroyed on the following day."

Stunning fieldmade and handsigned 'Soldatenglück' document (DIN A4, can be opened) with “Dem Scheidenden techn. Inspektor (K) Voigtl wünschen bestes Soldatenglück” (The departing techn. Inspector (K) Voigtl, wishes the best 'Soldier's luck'), “Offiziere des Stabes der 196. Infanterie-Division” (Officers of the Divisional Staff of the 196. Infanterie-Division). This document was handsigned by all of the Divisional Staff officers of the Division!
The 196. Infanterie-Division was engaged in the fightings and occupation of Drontheim (Trondheim), Norway. A stunning and researchable document from a Division serving years on the Norwegian front! One of the signatures is from the Divisional Commander Generalleutnant Kurt Möhring (Knight’s Cross and was Killed in Action during the Battle of the Bulge as Commander of the 276. Volks-Grenadier-Division). On December 18, 1944 Major-General Kurt Moehring, was on his way back to his command post when he got killed in his staff car near the village of Beaufort by machinegun fire. Interestingly, his command car was an American jeep and his death is disputed due the American took credit for his death but according to local historians there were no US troops within that area 48 hours after the offensive.
