Klasse (Iron Cross 2nd Class) for his service on December 17, 1943. Document was signed by Generalleutnant Ralph Graf von Oriola (RK). Has been folded in the past. Punch holes at the top and bottom (small). Also a photo has been pasted on it.
Small but interesting Award document set which includes 2x award documents of Oberleutnant Otto Nöll, who would become a Deutsches Kreuz in Gold-träger (bearer of the German Cross in Gold), who earned his awards during the fightings on the Western & Eastern Front. He served with Infanterie-Regiment 528 & 529 of the 299. Infanterie-Division.

Small but interesting Award document set of Wachtmeister Fritz Winter, who earned all of his awards while serving with the 2. Kompanie/ Aufklärungs-Abteilung 299 and 2. Kompanie/ Ski-Bataillon 299 both of the 299. Infanterie-Division! Wachtmeister (Posthumously) Fritz Winter did not survive the war, he was Killed in Action on July 22, 1943 near or at Höhe 249,8 nordostl. Kakurino (?) due the result of Artillery Shrapnell to his head and chest.
