Also signed by him!

Interesting (Westernfront) Wehrpass of Obergefreiter Beck, who served with the Korps-Nachrichten-Abteilung 420, Nachrichten-Abteilung 386 and Divisions-Nachrichten-Abteilung (mot.) 3 of the 3. Panzer-Grenadier-Division. The 3. Infanterie-Division was destroyed in Stalingrad and later rebuild and reformed as a Panzer-Grenadier-Division. This division fought atSalerno, Cassino & Anzio in Italy, France, Germany, the Ardennes-Offensive & ending in the Ruhr pocket.
Throughout his service he earned 5x Awards! 3 of them on the Western Front: Eisernes Kreuz 2. Klasse (Iron Cross 2nd Class) on September 23, 1944 (if I see it clearly), the Allgemeines-Sturmabzeichen (General Assault Badge) on December 3, 1944 and the Kraftfahrbewährungsabzeichen in Bronze (Driver's Profiency Badge in Bronze) on January 30, 1945!
His written battle calender especially lists fightings in the area of Rome & also fighting with Bandits.
