Oberst Friedrich Rögelein (26.06.1910 in Bietigheim † 25.03.1999) earned the Deutsches Kreuz in Gold on November 17, 1941 with Infanterie-Regiment 109, the Ritterkreuz des Eiseren Kreuzes on January 7, 1944 as Major und Kommandeur of the I. Bataillon/ Grenadier-Regiment 109 and the Eichenlaub on April 14, 1945 as Oberst und Kommandeurof the Grenadier-Regiment 109 of the 35. Infanterie-Division.
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.

Oberst Kilian Weimer (12.05.1904 in Kembach † 21.09.1979 in Memmingen) earned the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on August 31, 1941 as Hauptmann und Kommandeur of the I. Bataillon/ Infanterie-Regiment 109 of the 35. Infanterie-Division and the Eichenlaub on May 14, 1944 as Major und Kommandeur of the Jäger-Regiment 25 (L) of the 13. Feld-Division (L).
