Oberfeldwebel Alois Wosnitza (17.11.1914 in Gleiwitz † 13.12.1982 in Schweinfurth) earned the Deutsches Kreuz in Gold on August 21, 1942 and the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on March 26, 1944 as Oberfeldwebel und Flugzeugführerin the 6. Staffel/ Schlachtgeschwader 77. Size: 7,4x10,1cm.
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
