Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.

Oberstleutnant Anton Berg (28.10.1907 in Durmersheim † 17.01.1984 in Durmersheim) earned the Deutsches Kreuz in Gold on August 2, 1944 and the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzeson October 16, 1944 as Major und Kommandeur of the I. Bataillon/ Grenadier-Regiment 358 of the 205. Infanterie-Division.
