Original Postwar Signature on a Postwar Photo of Georg Pankow. Unteroffizier Georg Pankow (23.11.1913 in Friedensburg-Podejuch † 06.08.2001 in Sankt-Augustin) earned the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on March 31, 1943 as Obergefreiter und SMG-Führer in the 2. Kompanie/ Grenadier-Regiment 338 of the 208. Infanterie-Division.
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
Original Wartime Photograph with Postwar Signature of Alfred Kuzmany. Generalmajor Alfred Kuzmany (24.10.1893 † 04.10.1961) earned the Ritterkreuz on February 2, 1942 as Oberstleutnant und Kommandeur of Infanterie-Regiment 338. Good condition, signature of front was done by ball pin, so not that beautiful signature. Bit larger as Postcardsize.
