Original Wartime Signature on a Postcard of Otto Hitzfeld. General der Infanterie Otto Hitzfeld (07.05.1898 † 06.12.1990) earned the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on October 30, 1941 & the Eichenlaub on January 17, 1942 as Oberstleutnant und Kommandeur of Infanterie-Regiment 213 of the 73. Infanterie-Division and the Schwertern on May 9, 1945 as General der Infanterie und Kommandierender General of LXVII. Armeekorps. Good condition. Edges have been cut.

Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I've ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950's until he passed away.
