Oberfeldwebel Helmut Thierfelder (10.04.1915 in Stollberg † 10.02.1994 in Gummersbach) earned the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on September 2, 1944 as Oberfeldwebel und Zugführer in the 6. Kompanie/ Panzer-Grenadier-Regiment 33 of the 4. Panzer-Division.
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.

Oberstleutnant Heinz Knoche (18.09.1913 † 15.08.2004) earned the Deutsches Kreuz in Gold on December 26, 1943 with Panzer-Grenadier-Regiment 33 and the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on April 1, 1945 as Führer und Majorof the Panzer-Grenadier-Regiment 33 of the 4. Panzer-Division.
