R66) of Knight’s Cross with Oakleaves Holder Wolfgang Tonne, who earned the Ritterkreuz on September 6, 1942 as Oberleutnant and Staffelkapitän of 3./ Jagdgeschwader 53 and the Eichenlaub on September 24, 1942 as Oberleutnant and Staffelkapitän of 3./ Jagdgeschwader 53. He was Killed in Action on April 20, 1943 at Protville, Tunisia during a flying accident. Wolfgang Tonne was credited with 122 aerial victories. Good condition. Postcardsize.
