Major Georg-Peter Eder (08.03.1921 † 11.03.1986) earned the Ritterkreuz onJune 24, 1944 as Oberleutnant und Staffelkapitän in the II. Gruppe/ Jagdgeschwader 1 (after 49 earial victories) and the Eichenlaub on November 25, 1944 as Hauptmann und Staffelkapitän of the 6. Gruppe/ Jagdgeschwader 1 (after 60 aerial victories).
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
