SS-Freiwilligen-Panzergrenadier-Division “Horst Wessel”. No awards entered in the Soldbuch. Apparently, he had an accident while serving with the weapon's armory of the LSSAH and was later transfered to the "Horst Wessel" Division, where he was Killed in Action on November 13, 1944. Complete with a stunning picture in the Soldbuch. In total, there's his Soldbuch, Wehrpass & Stammkarte!
Original Soldbuch & Wehrpass of SS-Sturmmann Kurt Rohmann, who served with the SS-Feld-Ersatz-Kompanie 6 & SS-Gebirgs-Artillerie-Regiment 6 of the 6. SS-Gebirgs-Division "Nord". He was awarded the Verwundetenabzeichen in Schwarz for his wound suffered by Granatwerfer Splitter on October 5, 1944 in Finland. He sadly, wouldn't survive the war, as he was Killed in Action on April 2, 1945 near Worms, Germany vs US Forces. The Soldbuch never had a picture in it. The Wehrpass seems to have suffered damage? Could it be damage from a bullet or splitter? It must have been something strong and fast to do that kind of damage.
Kurt Rohmann lies buried in Schlüchtern: Block C Grab 207
