This classic NSDAP political armband is manufactured from red cotton with stitched edges and features a finely machine-woven black swastika on a white roundel, woven directly into the red cotton armband. This high-quality construction is commonly associated with BeVo (Bandfabrik Ewald Vorsteher), Wuppertal, one of Germany’s leading manufacturers of woven insignia during the Third Reich period. The reverse displays the characteristic woven construction associated with this desirable variant. A rare and highly collectible original BeVo-type NSDAP member’s armband, preserved in good used condition with honest period wear.
